12th grade Elite Brave: Rieli Heeter What do you love about Iroquois? The main thing I love about Iroquois are my nice and supportive teachers. What are your future aspirations? I am planning on working as hard as I can this summer, and hopefully going to college soon after. What teacher has made the most impact on you and why? I think the teacher that impacted me the most was Ms. Cammarata, She has impacted me with her 100% support and generosity. I also really enjoy my first period of the day, Women’s Studies. Favorite Quote: My favorite quote is “Dont take life too seriously, No one makes it out alive.”

11th grade Elite Brave: Alexander Torres What do you love about Iroquois? One thing I love about Iroquois is the teachers, everyday they go out of their way to make sure that we are getting the most out of our time here. What are your future aspirations? When I graduate I would like to travel the country and write. What teacher has made the most impact on you and why? The teachers that have impacted me the most are Mrs. Chrapowicz, Mr. Patterson, and Mrs. Peebles because they have encouraged me to put forth my best effort and have made me into a more confident writer. 8th grade Elite Brave: Aiden Peterson What do you love about Iroquois? What I love about Iroquois is the teachers. What teacher has made the most impact on you and why? Ms. Born has made the most impact on me because she helps if I did an assignment wrong or if I misheard information. She is also nice about it. 7th grade Elite Brave: Laila Nolan Clubs and/or Sports: EPIC club volleyball, Jr. High Volleyball, Iroquois little league, and Middle School softball. What do you love about Iroquois? All of the 7th grade teachers are so supportive. I have never felt afraid or nervous to ask questions, or to engage in the subjects that I love. I also like the Elite Braves program. It feels good to be recognized for your accomplishments and hard work. Another thing I love, is the friendships I have made through the sports programs offered at school. Having a team that I can be friends with on and off the field/court is something that I value very much. What are your future aspirations? After high school, I plan on going to a 4 year college and to get my bachelor's degree. I'm still thinking about what I really want my career to be in the future. I'm turning 14 in June, so this summer, I'm applying for a job at Brevillier Village where I can see my grandpa and I can help with the senior citizens. What teacher has made the most impact on you and why? I love all the teachers, so this is a difficult question. Honestly, I feel that Mrs. Glennon, Mrs. Bell, and Ms. Born have all had an amazing impact on me in such a short time. Mrs. Glennon always keeps us engaged and curious about the earth. It's a great learning environment. She's so friendly and always checks in on how we are doing with the topics! Mrs. Bell has her ways in which she can keep class fun while we are still learning about math. Ms. Born does an amazing job at making sure we aren't overwhelmed with anything, she helps so much when she gives us fun brain breaks, and she pauses class and does meditations with us. These teachers know what they're doing. Favorite Quote: "Everything happens for a reason." - Unknown
