Information for the 2023/2024 School Year Parents of 7th graders and 12th graders, it is very important over the summer months that you contact your doctor's office to schedule an appointment for your child to receive the vaccines that are required for each grade level. If you think your child may have had these vaccines already you may want to check with your doctor's office. Students who do not have required vaccinations listed below will be excluded from school until the school receives proof of the vaccines. The doctor's office may fax to 814-897-2410, attention school nurse. Please try and schedule a visit ASAP as appointments book quickly and there is usually a waiting period. Reminder letters have also been sent to all families. 7th grade needs MCV-Meningococcal vaccine and Tdap-Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis; 12th grade needs a second dose of MCV(Meningococcal vaccine)
