Volunteer Opportunities

The Iroquois School District welcomes and encourages parents and community members to take an active role in the lives of our students through various opportunities to volunteer in our programs and activities.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer for a program, team, or activity, please print out the Volunteer Request Form and submit the completed form to the respective school office or the individual in charge of the program you are interested in helping.

All volunteers must receive initial approval by the advisor/head coach/program supervisor of your indicated program.

Once the advisor/coach has approved your involvement, building principal and finally School Board approval will be sought. Upon final approval by the School Board, the advisor/coach will notify you of your approval to volunteer. Applications must be resubmitted annually.

All required clearances are mandatory and copies of each clearance must be attached to every volunteer application.

Required Clearances:

  • Act 34 Criminal Record Check Clearance
  • Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
  • Act 114 Fingerprint Clearance
